At Trail Toro, we take pride in offering quality Fishing Gear, Hiking Gear, Luggage, and Tech Accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, or accessories included

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Process

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item if damaged or defective.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued in cash at the time of pickup or by contacting you directly to arrange the refund, since we only support cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as the item has not been shipped. To cancel, email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number and request.
